Only existing KakaoTalk users reach use KakaoGroup. If you curently have an account on the service, simply enter your email ID and password on the welcome screen, and you're good to go. Otherwise, the only method is to download KakaoTalk first, and make a new account using that app.

Once logged in, users need to create new groups from the app’s main screen. Each group should have a name, and you will also specify an appliance cover photo for this. There are some cover photos made available from KakaoGroup at the same time but if you wish to use one of your own, just hit the camera icon and load it from your camera roll.

After developing a group, the next step is to invite members into it. Any of your friends that are on Kakao may be invited to become listed on a group. The creator has admin rights, and controls different basic facets of the group like invitations and data management. To create a new post, hit the icon located in the top-right corner. You can attach approximately ten photos using a single post. If you want a more organized way of media sharing though, KakaoGroup has a whole ‘Albums’ section focused on that. Here, you'll be able to upload photos and never having to put them in the message, and all sorts of members of an organization can view and download them. KakaoGroup comes which has a whole comment/like system for photos, that gives the app a social network-like feel.
