There certainly are a ton of content writers out there in the virtual zone that are willing to swear that this formula for your perfect article or blog format does not exist, given that they have never witnessed it. Well, guess what… they haven't seen a thousand dollars either, but keep in mind that, it is on the market.

The formula to the perfect article or post every time exists and it will not take a genius to think it out. In fact, I am ready to bet that this following six ideas to follow is quite close.

Very soon, someone slightly smarter than me will add a few items, change things around a little bit, and presto…they could have the formula named after them. Let’s hope they have a good name. The Ethel Snoozelburg perfect article and blog format formula will not have an incredible ring with it, but here we go: 6 steps to conquering the perfect article format.

5 Tips To Write A Post In 60 Minutes

Six Steps to Perfection

The six steps must start with content and format. Let’s admit it; you are able to have the ideal formula in place from top to toe but if your content is bad, no-one will ever know because nobody will ever read it through. The perfect formula will become with short, crisp paragraphs for scan-ability factor.

1. KISS (Keep it Simple, Stupid)

If it is possible to write short, informative paragraphs comprising crisp sentences in everyday English, you have the first step down cold. Just remember KISS and you’ll be fine.

2. Seeing is Believing

Images which can be relevant to the topic matter, and therefore are clear and easy to write out are essential for your perfect article. I personally am not just a big fan of video in article writing but if it is precisely what floats your boat, do it. However, please not stick a cooking video within the middle of articles about the correct way to clip your toenails; that’s likely to stick out just like a sore thumb.

3. Bold and Italics build your Point

Do 't be afraid to work with bold and italics to help help make your point. If it is exactly what it takes to help you get where you are going with a difficult or complex explanation, it really is perfectly fine so helping the scanners to keep on point. If you feel strongly enough about it… underline it as well!

4. Subheadings Rock

Too much to stomach at once? It’s not just a college admission test, about to catch pleasing academics who grade you with the amount of gibberish you'll be able to fit in an individual sheet of A4 paper. Want your readers to keep going? Break it down and give subheadings that inform them what is going to happen in the next 3-4 lines. And then, you may rock.

5. Avoid Useless Content

The only time you'll be able to really get away with useless content is if you are so famous that is going to hang on to each and every word you're posting, even should you be an idiot, or if you're writing so well, and so are so interesting the rest of us cannot help but read what you are writing and then stay at home awe afterwards, while contemplating life’s most critical questions. Otherwise, useless content - such as this - is up against the rules. Just decline.

6. Lists Rule

Everyone loves a fantastic list. Scanners are attracted to lists like moths to your flame, except they cannot burn their wings after which flutter around on to the floor for a thirty minutes before being eaten from the cat.

A good bulleted list accomplishes some or all of the following:

  • draws the scanner’s eye

  • answers a principal question with more than one answer

  • promises an in depth explanation

  • provides a set of attributes

  • looks neat and organized

  • helps fulfill anything count requirement (shh… it’s our little secret)

  • inspires ideas for further material for your writer

The numbered or bulleted list is the greatest way to reach out from the page and draw a reader back. If you find yourself caught up with lengthy content, which is sometimes unavoidable, convert it into a list whilst them reading.

Friendly Reminder

These six steps to an ideal article or blog each time were all about formatting. The formula assumes that, being a content writer, it is possible to produce interesting, original work without the benefit of long paragraphs and bulky descriptions. Save that stuff for your novel. The perfect article or article is interesting due to its topic along with the writer’s ability to make a point in a hurry.

So an ideal format formula is only half the battle towards an ideal article or post. Run the format right, and combine it with the right formula for SEO, and you will have attained perfection. We have more tips on how to SEO-ize this post, so keep tuned in.
